Feeling out of sorts, stressed or just fancy some rest & relaxation? Simply choose from the treatments below and let my healing hands, gorgeous Neal's Yard products & tranquil therapy room work their magic, leaving you physically relaxed, mentally refreshed & ready to face the world.

Please allow an additional 30 minutes for your first appointment which includes a detailed health & well-being consultation. This enables me to fully understand your needs and tailor your treatment accordingly. A £5 one-off payment is charged for this extended session which is deducted from your next visit, should you decide to book again.

Subsequent appointments include additional time for a shorter health & well-being update prior to the
treatment, as well as feedback afterwards. This ensures that any changes between visits can be
discussed & noted and each session can be tailored accordingly. Actual treatment times are in brackets.

A 10% discount is available for a course of 5 treatments paid in advance, to be used within 6 months of purchase. Combination packages are already discounted and represent great value for money, so are not eligible for this offer. Please note that appointments do not have to be booked in advance and can be arranged as we go along.

Plans change and cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. A 50% charge will be made for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice that cannot be filled with another client.
